How to Shop with Us

“Everyone is welcome.  Everything is Free” is the motto at The Stoughton Clothing Center.

Kids grow fast, the seasons change, and budgets can be tight.  Whatever the reason, you are welcome at The Stoughton Clothing Center. No documentation or pre-registration is required.

We are 100% powered by volunteers and items donated by members of our community. Families and individuals are welcome to visit the Clothing Center during our posted hours.

• We ask that you “shop” the Stoughton Clothing Center in good faith by shopping for yourself and your immediate family members.  We are not designed to support other organizations or resellers.  If you have any special circumstances, please contact us and we can try to figure out a solution.

• We like to help as many people as possible, so at times we may limit the type or number of items per visit. Please take what you need for yourself and your family.  Leave clothing for others to enjoy.

• We hope you find some clothing you love! To make sure we have enough for everyone, we prefer you to use the grocery bags we provide. We strongly discourage oversized bags and garbage bags because it is easy to “over shop”

• You are welcome to bring in donations when you come to shop!  We welcome clean, gently used clothing for babies, kids and adults. Many families “recycle” clothing by bringing in items they no longer wear or need and find “new-to-them” clothing at The Clothing Center.
